C | 另据券商中国记者对其他股东穿透至第三层发现，工商银行旗下的工银瑞信投资以及农业银行旗下的农银汇理资产，双双以LP形式投资中国互联网投资基金（有限合伙），该基金直接持有长存控股逾2000万股。 不过，国家开发银行才是长存控股中持有股数最多的持牌金融机构。根据券商中国记者穿透统计，国家开发银行全资子公司国开金融有限责任公司作为“大基金一期”（国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司）和“大基金二期”（国家集成电路产业投资基金二期股份有限公司）的LP，穿透后间接持有长存控股合计约1.19亿股。 据悉，“大基金一期”早在2016年长存控股成立时即为原始股东之一，还通过持有芯飞科技（长存控股成立时的第一大股东）股份间接持股；“大基金二期”则在2023年第一次增资时进入。 招商银行也“借道”私募基金产品参与对长存控股的投资。招股书显示，招赢成长贰拾壹号私募股权投资基金（深圳）合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称“招赢成长”）持有长存控股3277.31万股。
D | 券商中国记者根据天眼查对该产品的穿透，测算发现招商银行旗下的招银国际资本、招银国际金融控股、两大私募股权基金合计通过该产品间接持有长存控股逾600万股。
